2008 Ford Shelby GT500KR Lands Starring Role on Knight Rider
Terrible! How can they use a ford product to represent KITT? The original KITT was a Pontiac Trans Am, not a mushtank. I understand that the Trans Am has been discontinued, but even the 2002 WS6 looks much better and sexier than the new style rusttanks. Look at movies such as “The Dukes of Hazzard” and “Starsky and Hutch”. They used the original cars from the original series, not even the new versions. Even using an ’80s Trans Am would be more acceptable than using a mushtank.
This is total blasphemy and I for one hope this movie flops. I’m one of many members of LS1.com that are boycotting this movie and the deicision to use a ford product to represent the new KITT.
