Russian Ford plant restarts limited production as union holds out
ST. PETERSBURG, November 28 (RIA Novosti) - A Ford car plant near St. Petersburg partially resumed production on Wednesday, despite the refusal of the plant s trade union to call off its strike, a Ford PR manager said.
