Ford Boosting Sirius Radio Exposure and Clear Channel wins renewed outdoor advertising contract in Scotland

(NASDAQ: SIRI) said recently Ford Motor Co. is looking to have its satellite radio services in approximately 70 percent of Ford and Mercury 2009 vehicles next year. More than 1 million Ford, Lincoln and Mercury cars have already shipped with factory-installed Sirius radios, the company said.

Ford has 23 lines offering Sirius radio as a standard feature, including Focus, Lincoln and Mercury. Lincoln started offering Sirius in its 2008 vehicles.
